I have a question about the recipe "Lemon Tart with olive oil" from nancy d.. How much lemon juice, in ounces, is to be used? "Juice of 3 lemons" is a little vague...

Obviously there's a lot of variation, but a grocery store sized lemon should be about an ounce of juice.

i usually buy the larger size lemons, so approximately 1/4 - 1/3 cup. Hope that helps!
