Substitute for semi solidified honey?

I'm making Anna Jones Lemon Cannellini Lemon, and it calls for semisolidified honey. Is this available by another name in the US, or is there a widely available substitute, such as honey comb?

In USA and Canada, look for creamed honey...available at grocery chains, including Trader Joe's, specialty stores and online merchants.
