What are the major cookbook publishing houses?

Just curious. Considering how many cookbooks are published each year (not including self-published titles), I am interested to see how many major publishing houses actually have a hand in that. I imagine it's not that many, since it seems to be just a few huge international groups.

There are a handful of larger companies:
Clarkson Potter (owned by the Crown Publishing Group) is a really big one
Knopf Doubleday (as Emily mentioned)
Ballantine (owned by RandomHouse)
Phaidon - Publishes artistic regional cookbooks

Mid-size:
Ten Speed (the Crown Publishing Group) has been popular the last few years
Rodale
Chronicle Books

Knopf is probably the biggest name out there
