Just got a "pre-seasoned" cast iron skillet. Should I season it anyway? If so, tips? @OhSoVane @rubyjnkie… https://t.co/V7izKNGUYX

Hello Meeshsparks,

I always like to clean and season my skillets, even when they arrive to me "mature." It lets me know they're ready. With a pre-seasoned pan, though, it only takes a day to season, not the 7-10 day affair as with a 'raw' skillet. Enjoy!
