I put a pot roast in my crock pot and I put it on warm instead of low. Did I ruin it?

Possibly, if the food didn't reach 155 degrees & held at 135, it could also spoil at this point if it is in a crock pot for a couple hours... To save it, it would need to be reheated to 155 & held at 135 to be safe.
