can you link to a recipe? Off the top of my head, I'd say there are things you can do in advance like cook and purée the sweet potatoes along with some of the other ingredients such as sugar (if there is additional sweetener). Is there flour, egg whites, baking powder? There are ways to break down the recipe into parts that you can do in advance, like whisk the flour and baking powder and place them in a separate sealable plastic bag, but it would help to know the recipe.
