storing and reheating homemade bread
I am making your recipe for Alexandra Stafford's No-Knead Peasant Bread. I will be making it on Wednesday to take to dinner on Thursday. What is the best way to store it overnight and then how should I reheat it before we eat?

Wrap whole loaf in foil, warm in 350F oven about 10 minutes for a bread with mostly white flour, about 15 minutes for one mostly whole grain.

Generally, I store fresh bread in a loosely-closed paper bag, or in a plastic bag if you don't want to keep the crust super, well, crusty.
