Pate fail

I made some delicious chicken liver pate which required me to saute shallots in butter and a port wine reduction. I think it needs more port. Can I add more after it's been pureed and chilled? The pate has been refrigerated overnight and I'm not serving until tomorrow.

Taste it tomorrow after the overnight refrigeration and see if the flavors are more balanced.
