I think...macarons becoming the new cupcake, sheet pan suppers, and hopefully the death of all thins unicorn. :)

Lots of options, could easily be a contender in the upcoming recipe contest.

Now that I've spent a few days in 2018 I think cardamom is going to be really popular. I keep seeing it everywhere.

Had to laugh bought a magazine yesterday and guess what the featured food section was? ALL unicorn! Pastel rainbow colored food. I can see how children would like this, but if I served this to my spouse he’d think I had lost it!
