Hello! These wreaths are shipped 2nd Day Air to ensure that they arrive to you in great shape, and it's this Express shipping fee that makes up the bulk of the surcharge. We typically add an extra shipping surcharge for products that are perishable, extra large or extra heavy, are shipping from one of our Canadian merchants, or any product that requires other special packaging.
