Ah, now you want two things: not fried AND tasting as good!
I don't know how to get that...they can be baked, but the wrapping doesn't have the same crunch, and the filling loses some of its freshness.
Maybe others can help.
Or maybe switch to rice-paper rolls, with no frying or baking.
