Copy/paste the recipe onto a blank page (on the Mac it's Pages or Text Edit). Then you can edit out what you don't need or want and add notes. Save it to your Recipe folder if you have one or print it out.
Not that I know of. It would be great if so. Think of the data mining Food 52 could do on that - I'd bet they'd get tons of new ideas.
For notes, I do it the old-fashioned way and print out the recipe and write on it. I keep a binder for printed recipes.
