For the Angel Corn Casserole recipe, is it alright to make a day or two ahead and then cook it for Thanksgiving?

I always make it a few days in advance. Made it tonight. I let cool completely, then covered and fridge.

Hi Mei, because of the frozen corn and Ritz crackers in this dish (not to mention the eggs and dairy), I would try to make it day-of. But if you want to knock out some other cooking and non-cooking tasks in advance of the big day (including freezer-safe stuffing and pie dough), take a gander at this article: https://food52.com/blog/23330-a-pan-and-a-plan-make-ahead-thanksgiving-tips

Hope this helps, and have a great Thanksgiving!
