How to sweeten a carrot souffle?
I baked a carrot souffle tonight for my boyfriend's family's thanksgiving tomorrow. I followed the recipe and it isnt as sweet as when my mom makes it. It's already cooked, is there anything i can add into it to sweeten it without having to make another?

And/or sweetened cream (whipped or sour or mascarpone, whatever you have that works).
Or spike the whipped cream with orange liqueur, if you have it and the family likes that sort of thing.
