If you have a specific question about it, the best way to get an answer is to ask in the recipe comment section, or message the author directly. Our website is community-sourced, which means in addition to the content our staff and freelancers produce, any community member can submit a recipe to the site. This is one of our proudest parts of Food52, but it also means we have almost 50,000 recipes. We’re a small-but-mighty team—and try to feature as many community recipes as possible—but of course, we can’t test every recipe in our test kitchen.
