I believe that it is more of a snack, but I would love to make it for dinner! Any suggestions?
My boss is from Hawaii and he'd say fried chicken and mac salad. I like poke or some other nice salad.
I make them to put in lunches I pack for the hubbie and kids. Go-withs are ordinarily steamed broccoli, snap peas and mini carrots, and an oriental style sesame oil vinaigrette to dip as desired. You could also have a simple broth soup, maybe with veggie filled wontons.
