Double yolk eggs in baking cookies

Making 1.5 x recipie for oatmeal raisin cookies. Calls for 3 eggs. All 3 I've cracked are double yolks. Do I need to remove any part of these eggs? If I don't, what might I expect in terms of final cookie consistency or texture?
