I have a question about the recipe "Cacio e Pepe" from Jessica. I’ve re-read this a couple of times but I’m still not seeing when to add the melted butter and pepper?
The butter and pepper are used in step 2 - melt the butter in a frying pan, add the pepper and swirl around a little. Then in step 3 you add the pasta to the frying pan that has the butter and pepper in it.
