I'd like to create a powder from a beverage primarily derived from flour. How do I do this? Any specific machinery required?

Curious as to why you want to create a powder from something (wheat flour) that is already a powder?
Further, look online for various non-wheat flours that are already used for drinks (e.g. orchid flour).
