I want to make a no traditional egg roll that is slightly Mediterranean inspired.
I have at home with me spinach, brussel sprouts, hummus, olive oil, sesame oil, egg roll rappers, salad mix, celery, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, lemon, lime, and also broccoli and collard greens. I want to make sure that I pair ingredients together well. Any advice on which if the above ingredients would go well combined and in what approx. amounts?
