    Can you make ahead?

Can this be made in advance for a party? Can it be served cold?

    Hi Marissa,

Yes, definitely—ideally, you should wait to assemble/dress until you're serving. I've had this warm and at room temp, and both are great. (If you keep everything separate, you could reheat the potatoes a bit before assembling.)
