Question re: weight and volume measurements

I'm following a baking recipe that provides both weight and volume measurements for all-purpose flour. The recipe says 1.5 cups of flour (204 grams), but I'm using King Arthur's APF, which measures 120 grams per cup (so 1.5 cups is 180 grams), according to their website. I always use my scale when baking since it's so much easier, but which weight do I use?

You always want to measure flour the same way that the recipe's author does. It also helps if you use the same flour, though, which you can't always tell- King Arthur's AP is very strong (11.7% protein) for an All Purpose- if the author used something like bleached white, this can throw things off a bit, but they often don't tell you.
