If you're working from a recipe, it's important to remember that the only correct conversion is what the recipe's author used; i.e. for things like flour and cornstarch, where the weight of a given volume can vary significantly, you need to be filling your cup the same way.
Try King Arthur Flour conversion chart: https://www.kingarthurflour.com/learn/ingredient-weight-chart.html
It's important to remember that conversion is very ingredient-specific. Especially between liquids and solids. It's the reason why there will be different volume (cups) for the same weight of ingredient (grams). For example: 100 grams of flour will not have the same volume as 100 grams of milk or oil or molasses.
Good to know. But where can I find a good chart. Live in USA but watch many YOUTUBE videos with European measurements that I don’t know how to convert. Would the Zillow Scale be a better option than a chart?

Hope that makes sense :)
