How do I clean the burnt bits on the green pan
My green pan seems to be burnt and I can get the burnt spots clean. Afraid to use anything abrasive.

Hi there! I thought I'd add to this :). In our experience, we've found this tip to work very well for removing burnt bits from a GreenPan: Empty any loose food, then partly fill the pan with warm soapy water. Let it come to a quick boil, then turn off the stove and leave it to cool. After cooling, the burnt food should easily wipe away.
And we generally suggest these tips for using & enjoying your GreenPan for as a long as possible (sans burnt bits!):
— As a general rule, use high-smoke-point oils (like grapeseed) over olive oil for any kind of high-heat cooking
— Try to use these on low or medium heat (at least most of the time)
— Always preheat the pans before adding ingredients
— Wash and dry by hand

If it's actually burned food sticking to the pan, boiling a strong baking soda solution in the pan will release it- how strong and how long depends on the severity of the problem, but I'd start with 2 Tb. or so per cup of water and boil for 15-20 minutes.
