I just wanted to follow up on Smaug's note—while our Customer Care team does regularly check the Hotline, typically the fastest way to get in touch when you need Shop assistance is to reach out to [email protected] directly. Please keep an eye out from us shortly regarding your order.
If you look at the top of the "Hotline" page, there is a blue band with the heading "Join the Discussion"; at the bottom of that is a link for help with shop orders. Your question has landed in a column that is largely a reader forum; F52 people check in sometimes and will probably get to your question, but you might have better luck with that link. I don't really know their schedules, but they don't seem to be around much on weekends, .
