Spanish rice sauce idea for low carb that does not include rice

I have alot of sauce left from when I made Spanish rice I would like to use it in some way that does not include rice do you have any idea

"Spanish Rice" isn't a very well defined dish, but most versions I've seen don't include a separate sauce- could you be more specific?
