Hi Emma! I make a lot of whole milk yogurt. I did end up using regular yogurt instead of Greek and it worked great! I might try Greek next time just for a bit more creaminess. So, delicious!
Hi Margie! Either regular or Greek yogurt should work, though I haven’t tried that swap myself with this recipe. I’d definitely use whole milk, to encourage the sherbet to be creamy. If you give it a go, please let me know how it turns out!
