Have you ever tried to bake a recipe from backside of flour package?

Yes, I have. I try most back of the box/package recipes, including flour, because they tend to be pretty good since they were created to sell more of the product. They are tested as well, because no company is going to put a bad recipe on their product. My favorite back-of-the-box recipe (of all time, seriously) has got to be the "Perfectly Chocolate Chocolate Cake" on the back of the container for Hershey's unsweetened cocoa powder. It IS a perfect recipe and really the only chocolate cake recipe that I use. Recently, I made the Light & Fluffy Pancakes recipe on the bag of Trader's Joe's unbleached all purpose flour. These also live up to their name.

Not flour, but chocolate chips... I love the original Toll House Chocolate Chip cookie recipe from the back of the Nestle chocolate chip package! It is a classic.
