I think what you may be seeing is the residue left behind by the oven cleaner. The first thing I'd suggest doing would be to don a pair of rubber gloves, get yourself a bucket filled with warm water, and a rag- and simply give the interior a nice wash down. Once it has a chance to dry off again, you may well see your original finish. You could also use a bit of dish washing liquid in the warm water, it won't hurt anything. This should remove any residue left behind, but as to what damage may have been done to the oven finish- you won't know until you use the self clean function in the future. If that's been damaged, there isn't any fix that will return it to new I'm afraid.
