If you are finishing these in the oven instead of grill, do you suggest broiling and for how long? I didn't see the option for finishing in the oven

For broiler finishing, I would start with the same times suggested for the grill, but watch the ribs carefully after a couple of minutes so you can pull them out if they start to get burned. Sounds delicious!
