Instant pot is a brand of multi-cooker not an appliance so I guess my Bella multi cooker won't work for this recipe.

I don't see why you couldn't use it for this recipe. Your Bella Multi Cooker has a pressure cook setting, which is what this recipe is really meant for. The specific brand isn't what is important, only the function. You can use any pressure cooking recipe out there, even those meant for the old fashioned stovetop models made by various companies. They don't have to be designed specifically for your model. What is important is the timing, and whether or not your pot can hold all the ingredients without being over-filled. Some may work a bit faster or slower than others, but you get to know your own pot after using it a while and simply adjust. For a first trial of a recipe, use the suggested timings, and note the outcome. If the meat or whatever is underdone, you can always close it up and give it another few minutes. If it's over, then next time reduce the time. It's still the same cooking process, regardless of the name on the pot.
