Wondering if we are getting a confirmation after sending the form.

You get a confirmation when you donate to the charity. Food52 uses that, I think, to put you in the swap.

I did donate and received an email from donating but not from swap, it seems different this year

It is different. Someone else is doing the matching up. I didn't get any confirmation either. However, since I had a question I emailed them & was promised I WOULD get a package this time.
