I think that the 5 minute "prep" time is a not correct. Maybe a typo? Thanks

Clearly, the cook time for the rice is not included. That aside, dicing the onion, melting butter, and sautéing for 15-20 minutes fall well beyond 5 minutes. Perhaps it's a typo? May supposed to be 25 minutes? Including the rice cook time, I would guess the total prep time closer to an hour.
