How much bread would you use for this?

Hi Scott! This recipes calls for about 4 oz of bread. A standard American slice of bread is 1 oz so about 4 slices of bread would do the trick. You can eyeball it depending on your bread and add a little more or a little less depending on your preference. Hope this helps!
