Hello. What’s Americans most watch when they are cooking a receipt from Internet or a culinary TV show? Thanks.

Hello Irina, Americans are very fortunate when wanting to watch a cooking show on TV. We have 2 cable TV cooking channels, The Food Network and The Cooking Channel, along with many different shows on our Public TV network. What you watch depends upon what you want to learn or like to cook. Personally I like Lidia Bastianich and her Italian cooking shows, Ina Garten, who has wonderful recipes, especially for entertaining and the late Anthony Bourdain for his inspiring travel shows focusing on different cuisines. I love The Great British Baking Show for those amazing pastries and cakes and Alton Brown for the science of cooking. As for the internet, I find this site, Food52, has wonderful cooks, stories, recipes and products and I also like Serious Eats for the way they delve into the best methods of cooking and baking.
