Recipe 3 quart version adaptable?

Can this be adapted to a smaller instant pot and different container? Looks really good!

yes-ish. The issue is going to be being able to do pot in pot in a 3 quart. You will need the lowest trivet you have, and you will need a 6 inch pan at most. You'll want to halve the recipe and reduce time by 25% or so-ish
