Am developing a recipe for my cold tobiko ramen. Ideas??

So far, my cold tobiko ramen contains tobiko, shredded dry nori strips, chinese celery, wakame, and a special broth with cold :yuzu ramen broth, lemon, and lapsang souchong [smoky] tea. any thoughts for additional elements?

Top with grated daikon? Maybe some of pickled ginger?

i'm not a daikon fan really but i WILL add a little shredded pickled ginger![so as not to overpower the dish]. Thank you SO much; terrific idea!.
