Oat amount in Nekisia Davis granola recipe

The video shows a total of 6 cups of oats used but the recipe calls for only 3. My granola was REALLY moist and didn’t look like the end result in the video. Which amount is correct?

Thanks. I think I must have mis-measured last time because this time it looked right! It was good last time but delicious this time!

It looks like she's using a 1/2 cup measure, so she needed 6 scoops to get 3 cups. Try baking it longer; if it's browning too much, turn the oven off and let the granola cool in the oven.
