The amount of rice isn’t in the recipe

I’ve read and reread the recipe but don’t see an amount for the rice. I messed up another coconut rice recipe recently and don’t want to guess and get it wrong! Thank you!

I always make 2-3x as much rice as a recipe calls for because leftover rice is best for fried rice!

I’m sorry! I added it. Should be 2 cups of jasmine rice.
