Looking for cloud-based recipe database software that supports bakers percentages?

Paprika isn't quite what I'm looking for, and I don't like cook'n. I don't mind paying for it.

Other possible sources (if you don't get a useful response here, or haven't already asked them) –
• cooking colleges;
• restaurant supply stores;
• specialized bread or baking sites.

RecipeML (not sure if it's cloud) is another one mentioned in a recent Bread Bakers' Guild of America e-group discussion. This is an area of interest to bakers right now, and I highly recommend joining the BBGA if you are a serious or professional bread baker. The education, support, and knowledge-sharing are invaluable.
