Hi Karina! Yes, you may absolutely refrigerate overnight and bake in the morning. They do need to come out of the refrigerator about an hour before baking to warm up and may need a couple extra minutes in the oven. I highly recommend this method actually - warm cinnamon rolls for breakfast!!!
