1 hour prep time misleading for newbies

I'm new to hobby baking, so pardon my ignorance but I was thrown off by the claim of 1 hour prep time. Other recipes I've tried have incorporated overnight proofing etc into prep time, but did not notice this until I'd mixed the raisins. Maybe it's just a known thing with active dry yeast, I'd only used instant or sourdough starter until now. Anyway can't wait to try this loaf, tomorrow

Totally agree! That "Prep Time" hour should have been labeled "Active Prep Time" or "+ overnight proof" added. A good habit to get into, of course, is to read through the recipe a couple of times. First, to catch any timing mistakes (like this recipe) and secondly to make sure you have all the ingredients and equipment on hand prior to starting. This Cinnamon Bread looks SOOO good, I hope it lives up to your expectations!
