Have you tried making this with tahini instead of peanut butter? If so, did you use the same ratio of tahini and kimchi? Thanks!

Hi! I haven't tried that, but it should work no problem. Just make sure it's stirred well before adding to the food processor and adjust the liquid quantity as needed.

Further to Emma's note, I've replaced pb and tahini with each other in various recipes and had good results.
