Anyone bake this at Higher Altitude?

I would increase the cooking time under pressure to 55 minutes. The general rule is, for each 1,000 feet above 2,000 feet, increase Instant Pot / electric pressure cooking time by 5%. You're at 2,000 feet above that, so the cooking time should be 10% more - 50 minutes + 5 minutes. ;o)
