Serious Eats has a good article on baking ice cream....various myths, truths, aspects. Worth seeing. Unfortunately, abv is not covered there. Very roughly, if you make a batch with 2 cups volume (about 225 ml), 5% of that will be 11 ml (about 2 tsp) of 100% alcohol. However, most of us don't have 100% spirits around. Divide the measure by whatever percent abv spirit you use and you'll get the amount you can use in the mix. If, say, 40% alchohol, you could use about 28 ml or 2 tbsp in a 2 cup batch. Hope this helps.
And my metric figures were for one cup. For two, the figures would be 450 ml batch 22 ml pure alcohol 56 ml of 40% spirits. And so on, depending on percentage abv in your chosen spirits.
