why are the shows on the tv station not close caption for the deaf

Guess i should have said a bit more. I am watching Food52 and the shows that come on on my Baking Projects are not close captioned where all the other things are. thanks

You might be able to change a setting on your TV to show closed captioning at all times. Take a look at the settings section.
