How far in advance can you make this?

Any thoughts on how long the dip will keep in the refrigerator (maybe before adding the fried garlic chip topping)? Would love to get a jump start on some cooking for the weekend.

Hi Katey! Would def recommend holding off on the crispy garlic topping until right before you serve. Before that step, the yogurt should keep well in the fridge for up to three or so days.
