Question re: Fried Polenta recipe in Ad Hoc at Home. Tasted good, tops and bottoms friend nicely, middle turned mushy.
Made recipe exactly as read, refrigerated (for about two hours). Top and bottom fried nicely but middle oozed out and went mushy. Tasted great, but would like to get advice on this and improve the outcome. Maybe too much moisture, cream? Thanks for the advice.
