I can't speak to this particular recipe, but it looks pretty standard. I have frozen cookie dough & baked it later. I scooped out the individual portions & froze on a cookie sheet, then took them off the sheet & stored in a freezer bag. You can bake from frozen, just allow a little more time. My only problem was that I'm a cookie-dough fiend & I ate a bunch of the frozen balls of dough straight from the freezer :-)
