I have a question about the recipe "Chocolate Pudding" from amanda. Do you think this could work in a food processer? Or, alternatively, with an immersion blender? Or is having a freestanding blender really essential. Thanks!

A food processor should work, no problem. Immersion blender, too, though it may be challenging to purée the yolks and tapioca flour.
Yes, it was difficult to puree the yolks and tapioca with an immersion blender, but I added the vanilla extract here to up the liquid and the finished product turned out just fine.
(And the creamiest, too.)
